Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your representation of Sydney. You were very kind, clear, competent and compassionate in all your interactions with Sydney, Marilyn and me. It is my hope that she is truly grateful for your assistance in helping her to "dodge a bullet", and that this event becomes a valuable lesson for her. One that she won't have to repeat.
